Classes

Please sign in at the front desk, on the class roster before every class.

Please pay according to the fee structure of the class when due. We accept cash and debit/credit card.

Any material fees are to be paid to the Instructor.

Participants are expected to be respectful towards the Instructor, Staff or any other Participants.

Participants are expected to, and may be asked, to pick up after themselves or help with set up or take down.

No food or drinks allowed in the facility other than bottled water (or if medical needs require it.)

Participants are fully responsible for their own belongings within the facility and parking lot. Please be cautious with all of your valuables.

Participant (and Participant's Parent/Guardian if Participant is a minor) fully understand that participation in Lakeland Village Community Center events/classes exposes Participant to the risk of personal injury, death or property damage. Participant (and Participant's Parent/Guardian if Participant is a minor) hereby acknowledge that Participant is voluntarily participating in these events/classes and agrees to assume any such risks.

Participant (and Participant's Parent/Guardian if applicable) hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Lakeland Village Community Center, STUDIO 395 Foundation, Inc., The County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, Participant's participation in these events/classes from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Lakeland Village Community Center, STUDIO 395 Foundation, Inc., The County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) or any other participant in these events/classes. The parties to this agreement understand that this document is not intended to release any party from any act or omission of "gross negligence," as that term is used in applicable case law and/or statutory provision.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in these events/classes, Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if applicable) hereby agree, for Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if applicable), heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if applicable) shall indemnify and hold harmless Lakeland Village Community Center, STUDIO 395 Foundation, Inc., The County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of or in connection with Participants participation in these events/classes.

If Participant is a minor, Parent/Guardian hereby consents to treatment of Participant for any and all medical procedures deemed necessary as a result of accident or injury. Parent/Guardian further agree to pay any and all costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable ) hereby give permission to Lakeland Village Community Center, STUDIO 395 Foundation, Inc., The County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA) to use Participant's photograph for promotional purposes and such photographs belong to Lakeland Village Community Center, STUDIO 395 Foundation, Inc., The County of Riverside, and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA). No payment of any kind will be made. If Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if applicable) do not want to give permission for Participant's image to be used for promotional purposes, please indicate so by notifying STUDIO 395 via Online Form or in-person registration.
