Taekwondo - a Korean martial art, characterized by its emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping and spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques.
Julie is our black belt Taekwondo instructor who brings energy and a strong sense of teamwork to her class. She has a profound depth of knowledge about the skill and is an excellent instructor.
Instruction in self-defense, discipline and respect as well as physical fitness is the focus of this class. Parents are encouraged to attend.

Tai chi chuan - is a slow motion, moving meditative exercise for relaxation,
health and self-defense, an ancient form of
martial arts that can help to increase circulation and cardiovascular
conditioning and is renowned for improving mental, physical and spiritual
Reuben Quesada is
credentialed teacher of history and social science, with a Masters in Political
Science. As a lifelong student of Tai Chi, he is a dedicated instructor of the chuan
Yang style. He has taught in Orange and Riverside Counties.
